  • Entwicklung neuer Prozesse für diverse Kundenanforderungen
  • Begleitung von techn. Projekten von der Anfrage bis zur Umsetzung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Vertrieb und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Optimale Nutzung von Inputmaterialien (Betriebsstoffe, Chemie, etc...)
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Oberflächentechniker_in mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis für galvanische Prozessanlagen und Maschinen
  • Erfahrung beim Beschichten von Bauteilen mit Chrom, Nickel und Kombinationsschichten
  • Interesse an Oberflächentechnik, Fertigungstechnik und industriellen Produktionsprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
