Summary
The Gaming Agent is responsible for observing and reporting all activities involving patrons and Team Members on the gaming floor, cage, soft count and all other Tribal areas.
Responsibilities
- Operate surveillance equipment to monitor compliance with the Tribal/State Compact, Tribal Gaming Ordinance, Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, MICS/TICS, P&Ps, and applicable Federal, State, and Tribal laws through detailed observations.
- Review recorded footage to document findings, ensuring thorough reporting of compliance and operational integrity.
- Handle software for gaming machines and verify various activities outside the Surveillance Room, ensuring adherence to regulations and operational standards.

Requirements
Qualifications/Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year of related full-time Gaming experience, Surveillance, Investigations, or Regulatory Environment preferred, but not required.
- Equivalent combination of experience and education that will allow the applicant too satisfactorily perform the duties of the job may be considered when filing the position.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Augustine Gaming License.
Competencies and Annual Requirements
- Skilled in using a variety of office equipment, including, but not limited to copier, office phone, PCs, player management systems and POS integration systems.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other necessary software.
- Knowledge of how to use a surveillance system.
- Ability to learn Tribal/State Compact, Tribal Gaming Ordinance, Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, Minimum Internal Control Standards; Federal, State and Tribal laws; Table games; Casino department policy and procedures.
- The ability to take the knowledge and use it to spot any violations, errors, suspicious activity, theft, etc.
