The Place

Smallwoods is a fast-growing company centered around providing families with timeless décor that makes a house a home. Family defines who we are and embodies what we do. We value walking alongside a customer as they capture memories and milestones, and then essentially welcoming them to the Smallwoods family.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Garden Crew! This role is perfect for those who enjoy being outside and working with nature.

Responsibilities :

  • Digging holes for planting and landscaping
  • Shoveling mulch and compost
  • Planting, weeding, and deadheading flowers
  • Fertilizing trees, shrubs, and flowers
  • Harvesting flowers and vegetables

Qualifications :

  • A passion for the outdoors and nature
  • High energy and a strong work ethic
  • Physical stamina for manual labor tasks
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
