Aufgaben:

  • Akquise, Planung, Kalkulation und Abwicklung von Aufträgen im Grünraumbereich
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Arbeitsgruppen, fachliche Anleitung und Unterweisung
  • Instandhaltung der Arbeitsmittel wie Maschinen, Geräte
  • Entwicklungserfolge der TeilnehmerInnen fördern und sicherstellen
  • Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Integration der Beschäftigten in den Arbeitsmarkt

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Facheinschlägige Ausbildung für Garten- und Grünflächengestaltung (Meister_innenprüfung, Facharbeiter_innenausbildung...), mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Gute handwerkliche Allroundqualitäten
  • Soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit Menschen und in Mitarbeiter_innenführung
  • Führerschein B
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung, Supervision und Flexibilität im Umgang mit neuen Herausforderungen
  • Arbeitsort:
  • 2320 Schwechat, Sendnergasse 59
  • Arbeitszeit:
  • 34 - 37 Wochenstunden
  • Gehalt:
  • SWÖ KV, je nach Vordienstzeiten bei 37 Wochenstunden zwischen € 3.074,80 und € 3.538,90

Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Engagement sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen sind Grundvoraussetzungen.
