  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiter:innenführung
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Garten- und Landschaftsbau
  • Organisierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Baumaschinen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B (erforderlich), Klassen C und E von Vorteil
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
