Für unser Team in Berlin und Umland suchen wir einen Gärtner (m/w/d) in Vollzeit als Verstärkung!

  • Unsere Teams im Bereich Grünpflege sind meist 3 Mitarbeitende, mit Transporter/Pritsche mobil, entweder in einem bestimmten Gebiet Berlins unterwegs oder für einen unserer Kunden. Speziellere Teams kümmern sich um Baumpflege oder größere Rasenflächen, Straßenreinigung, Neu- und Ersatzpflanzungen... Im Winter sind wir überwiegend im Winterdienst aktiv. Fahrzeuge und Geräte betreuen unsere Werkstattmitarbeitenden.

  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst:
  • Geräte- und Maschineneinsatz
  • Grünanlagenpflege, einfache Baumpflege, Strauch-, Heckenschnitt
  • Bearbeitung und Pflege des Bodens
  • Transport von Grünschnitt, Laub, Splitt, Material/Geräte/Maschinen
  • Reinigung von Parkplätzen, Spielplätzen und Gehwegen
  • saisonale Unterstützung im Winterdienst

Wir bieten Ihnen:

  • unbefristete Vollzeitbeschäftigung, 40h/Woche
  • 30 Tage Urlaub
  • Stundenlohn ab 15,50€/h (je nach Qualifikationen und Kenntnissen)
  • Kraftfahrer erhalten bei Bedarf ein Firmenfahrzeug

Fachlich:

  • Ausbildung als Gärtner oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Fachkenntnisse über Pflanzen wünschenswert
  • Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B zwingend notwendig
