Der Sonnenhof in Untermerzbach ist eine sozialtherapeutische Gemeinschaft für Erwachsene mit Behinderung. Unsere Arbeitsgebiete sind Landwirtschaft und Gärtnerei, Weidetiere, Grünland, Gemüseanbau, Obst und Landschaftspflege.

Wir suchen ab sofort für in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

 einen Gärtner / Gärtnerin m/w/d

auch Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung möglich

Aufgaben:

  • Anleitung und Begleitung einer Arbeitsgruppe von Menschen mit Behinderung
  • Planung und Gestaltung von Gartenanlagen
  • Pflege von Blumenbeeten, Rasenflächen und Sträuchern
  • Durchführung von Baumschnitt- und Formschnittarbeiten
  • Kontrolle und Pflege der Bewässerung
  • Geländepflege, Gehölzpflege
  • Pflege und Wartung der Gartengeräte und der Arbeitsmittel

Profil wünschenswert:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner / Gärtnerin oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in biologischer Pflanzenpflege und -kultur
  • Erfahrung in der Gartenanbauplanung
  • Gute Kenntnisse über Pflanzenarten und ihren Pflegebedarf
  • Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Körperlich belastbar und wetterfest
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
