Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Begleitung, Unterstützung und Anleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen im Arbeitsbereich Schloßgärtnerei
  • Dokumentation der Förderung
  • selbstständige Ausführung und Dokumentation von Aufträgen
  • Warenbestellung, Warenannahme- und kontrolle
  • fachgerechte Kundenberatung und Verkauf der Ware
  • fachgerechte Pflege der Gehölze und Pflanzen

Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Gärtner (m/w/d) und sonderpädagogische Zusatzausbildung/ Fachkraft für Arbeit und Berufsförderung (wünschenswert) haben
  • wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit erwachsenen Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen gern selbstständig und strukturiert arbeiten
  • zuverlässig, teamorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst sind
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Freien haben
  • Computerkenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook) besitzen
  • Fahrerlaubnisklasse B und BE haben
