Zu den wesentlichen Aufgaben zählen

  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation der Abteilungen Baumschule und Saisonpflanzen nach Zielvorgaben
  • Fachliche Führung und Entwicklung von rund 6 MitarbeiterInnen im Team
  • Verantwortung für eine optimale und ansprechende Warenpräsentation
  • Unterstützung der MitarbeiterInnen auf der Fläche und aktive Kundenberatung
  • Durchführung von Inventuren

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen

  • Einschlägige Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung (z.B. als FloristIn, GärtnerIn, Gartencenterkauffrau/-mann...)
  • Fachwissen im Pflanzenbereich
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung eines kleinen Teams von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte sowie kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Überstundenbereitschaft vor allem zu unseren Saisonzeiten (März bis Mai)
