Über unsere Pflanzen-Markenkonzepte Volmary® und Soul PLANTS® sind wir in den entsprechenden Marktsegmenten bekannt. Am Volmary Pflanzenzucht- und Informationszentrum Kaldenhof in Münster züchten, testen und präsentieren wir auf großer Schaufläche unser breites Sortiment an Zierpflanzen und Gemüse.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Volmary Pflanzenzuchtzentrum in Münster suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen: Gärtner (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Interessante und vielseitige Tätigkeit in der Entwicklung neuer Produkte sowie in der Produktion von vegetativ und generativ vermehrten Pflanzen - von der Aussaat bzw. Stecklingsnahme bis hin zur fertigen blühenden Pflanze
  • Pflege und Betreuung von Pflanzen in Gewächshäusern und im Freiland
  • Überwachung von Wachstumsbedingungen und Anpassung der Pflege
  • Bekämpfung von Schädlingen und Krankheiten unter Berücksichtigung ökologischer Standards
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Anbauprojekten

IHR PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zierpflanzen
  • Leidenschaft für Pflanzen und ein gutes Auge für Details
  • Teamfähigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Freien
