### Für unser Team in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir Gärtner (w/m/d) in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit – unbefristet. Du arbeitest im Team an verschiedenen Standorten und sorgst mit deinem Know-how dafür, dass unsere Pflanzen (Innenbegrünung) das ganze Jahr über richtig gut aussehen.

### Darauf können Sie sich freuen:

  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit (30-40 Stunden/Woche)
  • Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag ab 7 Uhr
  • Ein leistungsgerechtes Monatsbruttogehalt zwischen 3.000 und 3.500 €, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung

### Das machen Sie bei uns:

  • Pflege und Betreuung von Hydrokultur-Pflanzen in Büro- und Geschäftsräumen
  • Regelmäßiges Gießen, Düngen und Pflegen der Pflanzenbestände nach festen Servicetouren
  • Kontrolle des Pflanzenzustands, frühzeitiges Erkennen von Schädlingsbefall oder Pflegebedarf
  • Durchführung kleinerer Pflegemaßnahmen wie Schnittarbeiten, Austausch einzelner Pflanzen oder Substrate
  • Serviceeinsätze bei mehreren Kundenstandorten, inklusive direkter Abstimmung mit den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort

### Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

  • Ausbildung als Gärtner (w/m/d), Garten- und Landschaftsbauer (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Innenraumbegrünung, Hydrokulturpflege oder allgemeinen Pflanzenpflege
  • Gute Kenntnisse über Pflanzenarten, Standortansprüche, Bewässerung, Düngung und Pflanzengesundheit
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B notwendig
