Deine Aufgaben

  • Du planst, steuerst und begleitest die Abläufe auf unseren Baustellen
  • Du leitest dein Team mit Teamgeist und Motivation an
  • Du bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Kund\*innen und die Bauleitung
  • Du achtest darauf, dass Qualität und Pläne Hand in Hand gehen
  • Und wenn’s drauf ankommt, packst du selbst mit an

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner\*in im Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise schon mit Verantwortung
  • Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und Freude an Verantwortung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken ist dir nicht fremd
  • Führerschein Klasse B (BE wünschenswert)
