  • Eigenständige Projektabwicklung in den Bereichen Installation, Sanitäreinrichtungen, Heizungs- und Gebäudetechnik
  • Fachliche Führung, Anleitung und Koordination von Mitarbeiter_innen und Lehrlingen
  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Durchführung und Kontrolle von Installations-, Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Direkter Kundenkontakt inkl. Beratung, Abstimmung und Problemlösung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Effizienzstandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Gewerken, Terminmanagement und Materialdisposition
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Installateur_in sowie Meisterprüfung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Installations- oder Gebäudetechnikbereich
  • Kompetenzen in Montage-, Instandhaltungs- und Prüfarbeiten sowie Projektorganisation
  • Erfahrung in Personalführung, Teamkoordination und Lehrlingsausbildung
  • Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und organisatorisches Geschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Belastbarkeit, Lösungsorientierung und hohe technische Problemlösungskompetenz
