Eine Gastronomieleitung (m/w/d) für 20 Std./Woche

Das Gesellschaftshaus Sonneberg ist eine vielseitige Veranstaltungsstätte für Feiern, Events und gesellschaftliche Anlässe. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir flexible Pauschalkräfte im Bereich Gastronomie und Service, die uns bei Veranstaltungen tatkräftig unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen gastronomischen Betriebs
  • Einteilung, Koordination und Führung des gastronomischen Personals
  • Bestellungen von Waren sowie Kontrolle des Warenbestands
  • Organisation und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende im gastronomischen Bereich

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gastronomischen Umfeld oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Eine abgeschlossene gastronomische Ausbildung ist nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Organisationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit unter der Woche sowie am Wochenende, vormittags und nachmittags
