Gebäudeautomation \~ Projektingenieur (m/w/d)

Abwicklung von Projekten in der Gebäudeautomation und MSR-Technik über alle Leistungsphasen nach HOAI.

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir einen Projektingenieur zur Direktvermittlung. (Jobcode: XXVI-09-IKRNGA-SIS)

Unser Klient ist ein erfahrenes Architektur- und Ingenieurbüro für den Hoch-, Tief- und Wasserbau. Er übernimmt für seine Kunden die vollständige Planung für Anlagen der Energietechnik, für die komplexe Gebäudeausrüstung, für Infrastrukturprojekte und im Industrie- und Gesellschaftsbau. Das Unternehmen ist an mehreren Standorten in ganz Deutschland tätig und betreut auch internationale Projekte.

Es erwartet Sie eine interessante und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit. Das Unternehmen bietet eine langfristige Perspektive, herausfordernde Projekte, eine kollegiale Arbeitsatmosphäre und eine leistungsgerechte Vergütung. Der Arbeitsort befindet sich in Sachsen im Raum Dresden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Abwicklung von Projekten in der Gebäudeautomation und MSR-Technik über alle Leistungsphasen nach HOAI
  • Erstellen von technischen Konzepten
  • Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung
  • Erstellen von Ausschreibungen
  • Fachbauüberwachung und Durchführen von Abnahmen
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Normen und Richtlinien
  • Erstellung der technischen Dokumentation.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur für Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik (Uni/FH/BA) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD-Systemen, zum Beispiel AutoCAD, Plancal Nova oder WSCAD
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse ab mind. C1.
