  • Was für uns zählt
  • Abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung in der Denkmal-, Gebäude- und Fassadenreinigung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudereinigung
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie mit einem CAFM-System
  • Deutschkenntnisse C1 Niveau
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis und organisatorisches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Handschlagqualität
  • Ihr Beitrag bei uns
  • Führung, Einteilung und Koordination eines Reinigungsteams
  • Planung, Organisation und Qualitätssicherung in der Unterhalts- und Sonderreinigung
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Preiskalkulation und Angebotslegung
  • Betreuung der Kund:innen sowie Koordination der Abläufe vor Ort
  • Koordination und Planung des eigenen Budgets
  • Gewährleistung einer optimalen Personaleinsatzplanung durch das eigene Team sowie Planung und Beauftragung von externen Dienstleistern
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquise und dem Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen
