  • Regelmäßige Objektbegehung: Sie kontrollieren unsere Liegenschaften (Wohnhausanlagen, Gewerbeobjekte, Tiefgaragen) nach festgelegten Routen auf Sauberkeit, Sicherheit und Ordnung.
  • Mängelerkennung & Dokumentation: Sie dokumentieren Schäden, Vandalismus, etc.
  • Dienstleister-Monitoring: Sie überprüfen die Qualität der Arbeit von Mitarbeiter_innen
  • Ansprechpartner_in vor Ort: Sie gehen eingelangten Beschwerden nach

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Berufserfahrung: Idealerweise Erfahrung im BereichHaustechnik, Objektbetreuung, Sicherheitsdienst oder handwerkliches Grundverständnis.
  • Führerschein: Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B ist zwingend erforderlich, Traktorführerschein von Vorteil
  • Persönlichkeit: Zuverlässige, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie ein freundliches, aber bestimmtes Auftreten, körperlich belastbar
