Gebäudetechnik/Gebäudeinstandhaltung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der technischen Betriebsbereitschaft von Gebäuden und Einrichtungen
  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Koordination und Begleitung externer Dienstleister und Handwerksfirmen
  • Durchführung allgemeiner technischer Arbeiten im Bereich Gebäudeinstandhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei Umbau-, Modernisierungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Bedienung von Flurförderfahrzeugen, insbesondere Staplern
  • Ggf. Durchführung einfacher Baggerarbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei Arbeiten im Bereich Straßen- und Wegebau auf dem Betriebsgelände

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Instandhaltung oder Straßenbau wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Staplern und ggf. Baumaschinen/Baggern
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Unterstützung im technischen Gebäudebereich
  • Vorhandene entsprechende Fahrerlaubnisse bzw. gültige Bedienerscheine für Stapler und ggf. Baumaschinen/Bagger
