Gebäudetechniker / Facility Manager (m/w/d) - Kemnath (Bayern)

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Projektbetreuung z.B. als Teilprojektleiter für interne Änderungsprojekte in den genannten Fachbereichen
  • Ansprechpartner für Fehlerklärung im Rahmen der Instandhaltung und Ableiten von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung von Elektroplanungen
  • Unterstützung im Rahmen der internen Elektroorganisation
  • Koordinieren von Fremdfirmen
  • Koordinieren von Wartungstätigkeiten

Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung:

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker oder Meister mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
  • Sie beherrschen den allgemeinen Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten rechtlichen Vorschriften im Bereich Elektrotechnik, wünschenswert auch in Lüftungs-/Klimatechnik sowie Steuer-, Mess- und Regelungstechnik, bzw. IT-Infrastruktur
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Fremdfirmenkoordinator
  • Sie haben SAP-Erfahrung
  • Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Ihre Präsentations-, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Ihre selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von hoher Analysefähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Ihr Profil wird durch Ihre Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen zu treffen und argumentativ durchzusetzen
