  • Sie überwachen und steuern die technische Gebäudeausrüstung und Gebäudeleittechnik. Dazu zählt die Programmierung, Parametrierung sowie Störungsbeseitigung von Gebäudeautomationsanlagen und Zugangskontrollsystemen.
  • Im Rahmen der Kosten- und Lebenszyklusoptimierung liegt das Energiemanagement in Ihrer Verantwortung.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt ebenfalls die Einweisung von Nutzern in komplexe Anlagen sowie die Vermittlung von Schulungsinhalten.
  • Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie für Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsaufgaben verantwortlich.
  • Ihnen obliegt zudem die allgemeine Verkehrssicherungspflicht im Innen- sowie Außenbereich. Dabei führen Sie regelmäßige Arbeiten im Rahmen der Gebäudesicherheit aus.
  • Sie dokumentieren Ihre Tätigkeiten und Feststellungen in die CAFM-Software.
  • Außerdem führen Sie auf Anweisung weitere infrastrukturelle Aufgaben und Pflegearbeiten aus.
