Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung für Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzen mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder gleichwertiger Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Tätigkeit im Vertrieb in der Versicherungsbranche sowie Erfahrung in der Führung eines Agenturvertriebes
  • Eigene erfolgreiche Erfahrung als Agenturist:in von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kund:innen- und Vertriebsorientierung
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2)
