Als mittelständisches Familienunternehmen mit langer Tradition, sind wir sowohl als Hersteller hochwertiger Handwerkzeuge und Baugeräte, als auch als Großhändler für ein Profi-Sortiment am Markt bekannt.

Unser Sortiment umfasst mehr als 15.000 Artikel, das von unseren rund 160 Mitarbeitern ständig weiterentwickelt und verwaltet wird. Mit unserer Marke LEIBWÄCHTER® bieten wir unseren Kunden außerdem ein durchdachtes Sortiment an hochwertigen PSA-Produkten.

Die Hauptaufgaben:

Betreuung der Kunden als erster Ansprechpartner
Sicherstellung der absatzgerechten Präsenz und Präsentation unserer Produkte in den Fachmärkten
Platzierung von Verkaufsaktionen
Führen von Kundenverhandlungen, Jahres-, Listungs- und Konditionsgesprächen
Umsetzung der Module und Aktionsware in den Märkten
Absprache, Umsetzung und Aufbau von Promotionsaktivitäten
Repräsentation des Unternehmens im Außenauftritt, Veranstaltungen und Messen
Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsaktionen sowie erfolgreiche Einführung neuer Produkte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung

Das bietest du idealerweise:

abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung
Erfahrung im Außendienst oder im Bereich Kundenbetreuung B2B, Produktkenntnisse im Bereich Handwerkzeuge
Kenntnisse der Kunden- und Handelsstrukturen
Zuverlässige, teamfähige und flexible Arbeitsweise
Freude an Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen und am Verkauf von physischen Produkten
Flexibilität, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Reisebereitschaft; Führerschein Klasse B
Wohnort und Lebensmittelpunkt im Verkaufsgebiet PLZ 90, 91, 92, 95, 96, 97
