Ihre Mission: Pflege neu denken! Als Gebietsleitung (w/m/d) im Raum Homberg (Efze) steuern Sie mehrere Einrichtungen, entwickeln Mitarbeitende weiter und schaffen Strukturen für exzellente Pflege.

  • ### DAS DÜRFEN SIE ERWARTEN
  • Attraktive Vergütung zwischen 65.000 und 85.000 Euro p. a.

  • ### IHR AUFGABENBEREICH
  • Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung mehrerer Einrichtungen im Gebiet
  • Begleitung der Einrichtungsleitungen in Führung, Qualitätsmanagement und betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflege- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Analyse und Steuerung relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsprozessen auf Standortebene
  • ### IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene pflege- oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung bzw. Studium
  • Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Einrichtungen oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Kompetenz im Qualitätsmanagement sowie im Umgang mit KPIs
  • Strategisches Denken , hohe Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Reisebereitschaft
