Kurz nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg – im Jahr 1949 – rief Hans Schmidt den Floristik- und Gärtnereibetrieb in Ebensfeld ins Leben. Von Anfang an wurden Qualität, Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Fachkompetenz groß geschrieben. Die Ausbildung guter, kreativer und lernwilliger Fachkräfte stand bereits damals im Fokus. Ein großer Teil der "Stifte" blieb dem Betrieb treu und leistete einen erheblichen Beitrag zum florierenden Geschäft. 1984 übernahm Hans Ludwig Schmidt die Geschäftsführung. Er baute den Laden aus, um die Kapazitäten aufrecht zu erhalten. Damit war der Grundstock geschaffen, um 2010 dem Betriebstypenkonzept für familiengeführte Endverkaufsgärtnereien 1A Garten beizutreten. Nach nunmehr über 75 Jahren des Familienbetriebs führt heute Christian Schmidt die Firma in dritter Generation erfolgreich weiter. Die nächste Generation steht schon in den Startlöchern, Julian Schmidt hat seine Ausbildung zum Gärtner mit Bravour bestanden und arbeitet als Juniorchef im Betrieb. Auf 1100 qm Verkaufsfläche und 2400 qm Produktionsfläche, beschäftigt er 14 Mitarbeiter in familiärer Atmosphäre und bildet weiterhin in guter Tradition Fachkräfte aus.

Wir suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams eine/n gelernte/n Florist/in (m/w/d), gerne auch Meister/in (m/w/d), der/die selbstständig arbeitet evtl. in Führungsposition.
