Your Role

• •Lead the architecture of enterprise-scale Gemini solutions, making key decisions on how AI agents are designed, integrated, secured, deployed, monitored, and governed across the organization.
• •Shape the AI platform strategy, defining reusable patterns and standards that enable multiple teams to build and scale AI agents consistently and efficiently.
• •Work with senior business and technology stakeholders, translating business challenges into scalable GenAI solutions that deliver measurable value.
• •Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding architects, engineers, and delivery teams through complex design decisions, implementation challenges, and best practices.
• •Drive innovation while ensuring enterprise readiness, balancing cutting-edge AI capabilities with security, compliance, reliability, operational excellence, and long-term maintainability.

Your Profile

• •8+ years designing and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions, with responsibility for architecture decisions, technology standards, and platform governance.
• •Proven experience architecting solutions using Gemini, GPT, Claude, or similar LLM platforms, including AI agents, prompt orchestration, and GenAI application design.

Hands-on experience designing agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, vector search architectures, knowledge grounding, and tool integration patterns.

Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, CI/CD, scalability, and reliability best practices.

Deep understanding of enterprise security, IAM, data protection, compliance, Responsible AI principles, and governance frameworks required for production AI deployments.

Demonstrated ability to lead architecture initiatives, influence technical decisions, mentor engineering teams, and communicate effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.
