As a Gen AI Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)- Manager- AI Managed Services - Consult you will lead service reliability and operational support for AI-enabled managed services, with attention to platform availability, incident response, performance tuning, automation, and continuous improvement within our Advisory practice. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior staff, manage workstreams, and apply sound judgment while navigating complex priorities and client expectations. In this role at PwC, you will help shape the delivery of Gen AI operations by supporting service stability, driving process improvements, and coordinating across technical and delivery teams to support evolving client needs.

Responsibilities

• - Managing site reliability workstreams for AI-enabled managed services environments
• - Leading teams in incident response, problem resolution, and service restoration activities
• - Overseeing platform availability, performance monitoring, and operational risk tracking across production systems
• - Driving automation initiatives that improve deployment reliability, observability, and repetitive task reduction
• - Coordinating service level management, operational reporting, and delivery planning for client-facing technology services
• - Reviewing system health, capacity trends, and pipeline performance to identify issues before they affect service delivery
• - Guiding junior team members through coaching, feedback, and hands-on support for technical delivery
• - Collaborating across data, analytics, cloud engineering, and AI operations to improve service stability and process efficiency

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 10 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
