Role : GenAI I nfluencer Marketing Manager
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
About the role:
This is an opportunity to join OLIVER's in-house studio embedded with brand teams, as an Influencer Marketing Manager delivering high-impact influencer campaigns for one of beauty's most exciting brands.
The beauty space moves fast from hero product launches to viral skincare moments. Based in Indonesia, you'll build and lead influencer strategies that connect authentically with beauty consumers across social platforms, identifying the right voices from macro talent to niche micro- creators to drive awareness, engagement, and commercial results.
We support flexible working and are open to different arrangements. We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the process.
As Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll lead end-to-end influencer campaign development across the beauty portfolio spanning skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare. You'll manage relationships, direct creative briefs, oversee budgets, and track performance with rigour. This is a role for someone who knows the beauty influencer ecosystem inside out, stays ahead of platform and trend shifts, and brings both creative instinct and analytical precision to every campaign.
What you will be doing:
Strategy and Campaign Development
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand objectives , product launches, and seasonal campaigns across the beauty portfolio
Lead campaign ideation from brief through to activation, ensuring creative consistency and commercial focus
Identify emerging beauty trends from skincare rituals to viral makeup moments and translate these into proactive influencer opportunities
Collaborate with the wider marketing, creative, and social teams to integrate influencer activity across paid, owned, and earned channels
Influencer Sourcing and Relationship Management
Build and maintain a tiered network of influencer partners — macro, micro, and nano — across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
Lead influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting, ensuring alignment on creative direction, deliverables, and timelines
Serve as the primary contact between the brand and its influencer partners, cultivating long-term ambassador relationships
Attend relevant industry events, beauty showcases , and brand activations to expand the influencer network and stay connected to the beauty community
Content and Creative Direction
Develop content briefs that inspire authentic, platform-native influencer content — including tutorials, GRWM (Get Ready With Me), reviews, unboxings, and product integrations
Review influencer content to ensure it is on-brand, compliant with beauty claim guidelines, and meets platform standards
Partner with the design and social teams to amplify influencer content across owned and paid channels
Budget and Campaign Management
Manage project-level campaign budgets including influencer fees, content production costs, and paid amplification spend
Raise purchase orders, manage invoicing, and track reconciliation against forecast
Source and negotiate with influencer talent, agencies, and production partners to maximise value without compromising creative quality
Flag budget risks early and provide regular spend updates to stakeholders
Performance and Reporting
Define campaign KPIs and track performance across reach, engagement, conversions, and earned media value
Use analytics platforms — including AI-powered tools — to generate insights and optimise campaigns in real time
Produce clear, data-led performance reports and present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Compliance and Best Practice
Ensure all influencer content complies with relevant advertising standards (ASA, FTC, or market-equivalent) and beauty product claim regulations
Maintain transparency across influencer partnerships and ensure disclosure requirements are met on all platforms
Gen AI and Agentic Thinking
Use Gen AI tools to enhance influencer discovery, campaign planning, content briefing, and performance analysis
Apply an agentic mindset to campaign delivery — breaking complex, multi-channel activations into clear workflows and identifying the most efficient path to execution
Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, maintaining human oversight on creative quality, brand alignment, and compliance
Stay current with AI tools relevant to influencer marketing and the beauty space, and share learnings with the broader team
What you need to be great in this role:
Proven experience leading influencer marketing campaigns, ideally within beauty, skincare, personal care, or adjacent consumer categories
Deep knowledge of the beauty influencer landscape — from TikTok creators and Instagram beauty communities to YouTube reviewers and emerging platform voices
Strong understanding of beauty influencer content formats: tutorials, GRWM, product reviews, integrations, and live commerce
Experience with influencer and analytics platforms such as Traackr , CreatorIQ , Brandwatch , Sprout Social, TapInfluence , or similar
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform analytics, or equivalent), with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Experience managing project-level budgets, including influencer fee negotiation, purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation
Familiarity with advertising standards and beauty claim regulations relevant to your market
Strong written and verbal communication skills — confident producing influencer briefs, campaign proposals, and performance reports
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously
Gen AI & Agentic Thinking
Proficiency with Gen AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or AI-powered influencer discovery and analytics platforms) to improve strategy, briefing, and reporting
Experience building personal AI workflows to increase efficiency in research, content development, and campaign analysis
Agentic approach to campaign delivery — able to break down complex, multi-channel activations and identify the most efficient path forward
Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply sound human judgment to creative, commercial, and compliance decisions
Curiosity about how AI is reshaping influencer marketing, beauty consumer behaviour, and content creation
