Wir suchen genealogische Unterstützung für unsere Nachlasspflegerkanzlei in Berlin-Pankow.

Als Nachlasspfleger sind wir mit der Abwicklung von Nachlässen aller Art befasst.

Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte sind unter anderem die Erbensuche und die Abwicklung mit ermittelten Erben.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Urkundenbeschaffungen (In- und Ausland)
  • Korrespondenz mit Standesämtern und Archiven (In- und Ausland)
  • Erstellen von Urkundenlisten und Stammbäumen
  • Vorbereitung von Erbscheinanträgen
  • Vorbereitung von Erbauseinandersetzungsverträgen

Neue Mitarbeiter werden selbstverständlich umfassend in unsere vorhandene Büro- und Aktenstruktur eingearbeitet.

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

  • abgeschlossene/s Ausbildung und/oder Studium mit Bezügen zur Genealogie
  • solide Kenntnisse in der Nutzung der gängigen Ermittlungsportale (Ancestry etc.)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Erbrecht und Personenstandswesen
  • Freunde an detektivischer Arbeit

Zu unserem Büro:

Unsere Mitarbeiter arbeiten selbständig in ruhiger Atmosphäre.

Es stehen großzügige und klimatisierte Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung.

Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten in hellen Büros mit jeweils zwei Arbeitsplätzen. Alle Arbeitsplätze sind mit moderner Technik und zwei Bildschirmen ausgestattet.

Es sind kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden.

Die Arbeitszeiten sind flexibel (Gleitzeit).

Homeoffice ist nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung möglich.
