At Essity, we offer internship opportunities designed to help you learn, grow, and explore your potential. Based in our Lisbon office, you’ll join a multicultural environment where almost 400 professionals work across HR operations, Finance, Master Data, and much more. What You Will Do

• •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to support ongoing projects and contribute ideas
• •Research & Analysis: Conduct topic-specific research, gather data, and provide insights
• •Documentation Support: Assist in creating reports, presentations, and internal documentation
• •Professional Shadowing: Observe and learn from experienced colleagues across different functions
• •Meeting Participation: Attend workshops and meetings, take notes, and engage in discussions
• •Multicultural Interaction: Collaborate with peers, managers, and directors in a diverse workplace
• •Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities to develop your skills and explore career paths.

Who You Are

• •Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
• •No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• •Comfortable using MS Office; familiarity with other software tools is a plus.
• •Proactive, collaborative, and courageous, with a genuine interest in personal development.
• •Fluent in English; additional languages are highly encouraged
