What will you be doing?

• •Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• •Install trailer components, including walls, doors, wiring, lights, decking, and hardware.
• •Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• •Work closely with a team committed to building exceptional trailers.

Requirements

Skills that are needed:

• •Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• •Working with various hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• •Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active work.
• •Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• •Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
