Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Work Week | 10-Hour Shifts = 3-Day Weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on role in our Weld Department where no two days feel exactly the same:

• •Grind, prep, and finish metal parts to meet quality standards
• •Inspect materials, in-process work, and finished products
• •Read prints and follow procedures to get the job done right
• •Operate hoists, cranes, and shop equipment safely
• •Use measuring tools to make sure everything is within spec
• •Help identify and prevent quality issues before they become problems
• •Work side-by-side with a team focused on productivity and efficiency

What You Bring

• •Manufacturing or hands-on experience preferred (2–3 years is a plus)
• •Ability to read drawings and use basic math
• •Attention to detail (this matters here)
• •Reliability and strong attendance
• •Willingness to learn, improve, and be part of a team
