Job Description:

General Laborer / Utility – Baltimore, OH

$25.96/hour | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | 2-2-3 Schedule | Approximately 14 Days per Month

Career Progression

General Laborer / Utility → Winder Helper→ Operator → Back Tender → Machine Tender

Must Be Available for Both Day & Night Shifts

6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Employees rotate between day and night shifts every two weeks.

Quarterly Bonus Target: 10%

Position Summary

The General Laborer / Utility supports mill operations by performing a variety of production, material-handling, housekeeping, and utility duties. This position requires the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• •Support production and mill operations as needed.
• •Operate equipment and assist with material handling.
• •Perform general labor, housekeeping, and utility duties.
• •Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• •Work effectively with operators, mechanics, and other mill personnel.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• •Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• •Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• •Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• •Ability to safely perform physically demanding work.
• •Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• •Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Compensation Range:

The pay for this position is $25.96 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
