We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Site Leader and Fulfillment Center Operations team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • - Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.
  • - Creating presentations using graphics.
  • - Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.
  • - Leading Daily Operational meetings as needed and document follow up actions.
  • - Curate key documents for the Site.

Basic qualifications

  • - 2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • - High school or equivalent
  • - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • - 2+ years of management experience

Preferred qualifications

  • - Experience with end-to-end project management
  • - Bachelor's degree
  • - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • - Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings.
