Responsibilities:

Driving sales and distribution performance in the General Trade (GT) channel. This role oversees field sales operations, distributor management, trade execution, and sales team performance to ensure availability, visibility, and growth of the company’s products across traditional retail outlets.

• •Develop and implement GT channel strategy to achieve sales targets, numeric distribution, and market share growth.
• •Lead and manage the GT field sales team, including setting targets, tracking performance, and coaching for improvement.
• •Manage and build strong relationships with distributors, ensuring compliance with trade terms, inventory management, and coverage effectiveness.
• •Monitor outlet execution including availability, visibility, pricing, and promotions.
• •Collaborate with trade marketing to plan and implement channel-specific programs and in-store activation.
• •Conduct regular market visits to understand trade dynamics and competitive activities.
• •Analyze sales data, identify gaps and opportunities, and drive corrective action plans.
• •Ensure proper coverage and productivity of sales territories and field force.
• •Monitor and control trade spend within allocated budgets.
• •Provide market insights to inform business decisions and innovation pipeline.

• To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• •A degree in the related job field.
• •At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• •Willing to relocate to the job location.
