Why Socure?

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.

We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-minded Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist to scale our marketing engine. In this role, you will manage technical campaign execution, clean data handling, and process streamlining across our marketing platforms. While you will work alongside a dedicated internal team focused on building specialized AI agents and skills, you will play a key role in understanding these tools and identifying opportunities to integrate automation into day-to-day campaign workflows and list operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process Streamlining & Workflow Automation

Process Optimization: Audit existing marketing operations workflows to identify friction points, reduce manual handoffs, and establish clear operational guidelines.

Smart Automation Integration: Partner with internal AI/Automation teams to adopt existing AI agents, tools, and platform features that speed up campaign execution, list processing, and operational QA.

Standard Operating Procedures: Document repeatable processes for campaign deployment, naming conventions, and system configurations.

Data Structure & List Execution

Database Maintenance & Schema Support: Maintain structured custom fields, properties, and object relationships across our marketing automation platform (e.g.,, Marketo) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).

List Processing & Enrichment: Manage list imports, ensuring strict deduplication, accurate field mapping, and consent tagging prior to deployment.

Lead Routing & Lifecycle Operations: Support and maintain lead assignment rules, scoring triggers, and sales notifications.

System Integration Health: Monitor sync status between marketing software and the CRM to resolve field mapping conflicts and processing errors.

Campaign Execution & Governance

Technical Campaign Deployment: Build, test, and launch email workflows, nurture programs, landing pages, and forms inside the marketing automation engine.

Operational QA: Execute pre-flight testing protocols for UTM tracking, dynamic content tokens, link functionality, and trigger accuracy.

Privacy Compliance: Ensure all campaign execution and data handling adhere to regional privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Campaign Operations.

Platform & Technical Expertise:

Power-user experience with a major Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot/Account Engagement) and CRM (Salesforce).

Familiarity with iPaaS tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) or native automation features within marketing platforms.

Exposure to modern AI tools/skills and a clear understanding of how automated workflows operate in a marketing context.

Operational Mindset: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong execution speed, and a drive to simplify complex processes.
