Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• •Assist with paper production and finishing activities as directed by operators or supervisors.
• •Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.
• •Load, unload, stack, and stage materials for production and shipping.
• •Clean work areas, remove debris, and support overall plant housekeeping.
• •Help monitor equipment and report mechanical issues, jams, leaks, or unsafe conditions.
• •Support machine operators during setup, changeovers, and routine operations.
• •Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and other plant safety procedures.
• •Use basic tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• •complete routine checks, logs, and production records as required.
• •Work collaboratively with team members across shifts and departments.
• •Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge and Skills

• •Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• •Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• •Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Compensation Range:

The pay for this position is $27.13 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
