## Aufgaben mit Verantwortung:

  • Gesamtheitliche Verantwortung für komplexe Projekte im In und Ausland von der Auftragserteilung bis zur Endabnahme
  • Bereichsübergreifende Leitung der Projektteams zur Erreichung der Projektziele in Bezug auf Termine, Kosten und Qualität
  • Sicherstellung der Projektkommunikation
  • Bewertung von Projekt-Risiken und Sicherstellung der Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesswelt im Projektmanagement der Homag AG

## Ihre Eigenschaften:

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines technischen Hochschulstudiums (Bachelor / Master) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Techniker
  • Nachweislich erfolgreiche Projektmanagementerfahrung idealerweise in Verbindung mit einer zertifizierten Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Projektmanagement (z.B. GPM/IPMA, PMI)
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Analytische und strukturierte Vorgehensweise
  • Moderation und Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Gesprächsebenen mit Durchsetzungsstärke und Lösungsorientierung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse mit mobilen Arbeiten und Reisebereitschaft
