Our team primarily collaborates in person in the Kiswe office in Seoul, with flexible working hours and work from home coordinated by the manager. Desirable Qualifications:

Experience working in media, entertainment, and creative industries

A history of working with teams that move fast and build things, usually in start-up environments and quickly growing organizations

Prior experience that demonstrates success working as both an individual and in collaboration with a cross functional team

Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems

Availability to work nights and weekend shifts for events.

Previous work experience in a corporate setting.
