What You'll Do

Lead all variable operations, including new, pre-owned, digital retail, and F&I

Own the sales department P&L

Coach desk managers, BDC leaders, and sales consultants through daily one-on-ones and deal reviews

Run a daily rhythm built on appointment preparation, fast lead response, and CRM follow-up

Manage new-car allocation with the manufacturer

Direct used-car acquisition, trade appraisals, pricing, and aging

Partner with service and parts leaders to keep guests coming back after the sale

Recruit, hire, and develop the sales team

Meet monthly targets for volume, front and back gross, lead response, and CSI

What We're Looking For

3+ years as a GSM or senior desk manager at a high-volume luxury, import, or domestic dealership

A high HQ (Hospitality Quotient): kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity

A track record of hitting volume and gross targets

Strong command of desking, deal structure, and F&I fundamentals

Daily use of a CRM and digital retail tools

Sound judgment on used-car pricing and inventory turn
