Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Fachkraft als Geologe (w/m/d)

Tätigkeitsbereich Bodenmanagement 

  • Planung und Umsetzung von Konzepten zur Wiederverwendung von Bodenmaterial vor Ort
  • Annahme und Kontrolle von Verfüllmaterialien für unsere Kiesgruben gemäß gültigen Richtlinien und Umweltvorgaben (z.B. BBodSchV, LVGBT, EBV)
  • Organisation und Dokumentation der Bodenverwertung
  • Koordination der ordnungsgemäßen Entsorgung nicht verwertbarer Materialien
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorgaben (z. B. § 202 BauGB, Abfallhierarchie)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitung, Behörden und Entsorgungsunternehmen

Tätigkeitsbereich Aushubüberwachung:

  • Baubegleitende Überwachung von Aushubarbeiten
  • Durchführung von visuellen Kontrollen und schichtweiser Sondierung
  • Sicherheitsmaßnahmen bei Verdachts- oder Fundstellen einleiten
  • Dokumentation der Arbeiten und Erstellung von Freigabeprotokollen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Behörden und Fachfirmen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Umwelttechnik, Geotechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Bodenkunde o. ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Bodenmanagement, Aushubüberwachung, Probenahme auf Grundlage der LAGA PN 98
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Rechtsgrundlagen (z.B. BauGB, KrWG, BBodSchV, EBV, LVGBT)
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
