Geospatial Analyst Deployer, Mid

What Impact You'll Have

GRVTY has a need for a Geospatial Analyst to support forward deployed operations that create and delivery GEOINT. Based on a rotating schedule, tyou will provide embedded support to deployed operations, act as the resident GEOINT expert, and communicate and coordinate requirements through reach back.

What You'll be Owning

Perform Geospatial Analysis and product creation

Perform successful deployments as required – defined by completing a deployment without returning early due to performance or behavior. Provide an average of 15 forward deployed staff at any given time (this average may vary as mission and/or funding change)

Maintain a readiness posture of viable candidates and communicate such posture to the Government according to the Base Service levels

Assist the Government with possible alternative deployment postures as needed such as forecasting

What You Must Have

US Citizen with a TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph

Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in a Geospatial Analyst Role

Ability to deploy 90-180 days at a time, 1-2 times per year with ancillary travel and medical readiness

Demonstrated experience as a Geospatial Analyst, unique to the deployed mission

Demonstrated experience with Motion GEOINT tradecraft and analysis

Understanding of Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) and application of ABI methodologies

Ability to produce GEOINT products meeting NGA standards and quality

Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a team-member but also as the resident expert on GEOINT

Ability to communicate with clarity and accuracy both verbally and written

Demonstrated proficiency in common Geospatial software applications

Demonstrated resiliency to difficult and often adverse environments

What Would be Nice to Have

Regional Geographic proficiency in various physical, cultural, and social geographies

Military service familiarity

Previous deployment experience in support of GEOINT critical mission operations
