Empfangsdienst

Erstellen und Verwaltung von Zutrittsausweisen inkl. Zutrittskontrolle

Telefondienst

Begrüßung und Weiterleitung von Gästen und Besuchergruppen

Schlüsselverwaltung

Kontroll- und Streifenrunden

Begleitung von Gästen, Besuchern und externen Dienstleistern

Unterstützung der Veranstaltungsdienste

Arbeitszeiten: 9 - 12 Std./Schichten, Montag bis Donnerstag von 08:00 bis 17:00 Uhr, Freitag von 07:00 bis 16:00 Uhr, Wochenende 06:00-18:00 und 18:00-06:00 Uhr

Abschluss als Geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft (GSSK)

Gute deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Sicherer PC- Umgang, insbesondere MS Office

  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere zur Deeskalation und
  • konstruktiven Konfliktlösung

Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

Fremdsprachenkenntnisse wünschenswert

Fair bezahlt - Dank übertariflicher Bezahlung gem. BDSW-Tarifvertrag - Berlin/Brandenburg 18,26 €/Std.
