RESPONSABILIDADES
A missão da pessoa Gerente de Relacionamentos será adquirir e promover uma experiência incrível para os nossos Postos Credenciados, oferecendo as soluções da Edenred Frota & Mobilidade para o dia a dia do nosso parceiro que geram um impacto positivo no negócio. Atuará com um atendimento personalizado, apoiando nossos parceiros a partir de suas necessidades e garantindo que cada estabelecimento encantará os clientes da Edenred que utilizarem seus serviços.
Será reponsável pelo atendimento dos estabelecimentos das carteiras Middle, Corporate.
ESCOPO DA POSIÇÃO
Gerenciar Carteira de Postos Credenciados Edenred (renegociação, rentabilização e retenção da carteira);
Expandir a Rede estrategicamente através de novos credenciamentos
Atuar na venda de Produtos e Serviços na Rede
Atuar como Consultor e Parceiro de negócio com os Postos Credenciados da carteira, buscando a melhoria operacional e financeira deles.
Executar a Proposta de Valor do Parceiro da Edenred para a carteira, para manutenção e crescimento do NPS, com foco também na fidelização dos consumidores finais.
Ser o elo entre os Postos Credenciados e o Time Comercial para implantação de novos contratos, geração de leads e negociação de preços de combustíveis
Ser o ponto focal entre posto credenciado e Edenred
