Actividades:

§ Garantizar los estándares de atención y servicio al cliente

§ Asegurar la ejecución de los procesos de ventas y empeño

§ Maximizar la generación de resultados e indicadores

§ Controlar el inventario de la tienda

§ Supervisar todos los aspectos de la gestión de personal: cobertura, contratación, inducción, capacitación y retención.

§ Salvaguardar el patrimonio de la empresa.

Requisitos:

§ Preparatoria terminada (obligatorio) o Licenciatura trunca

§ Indispensable experiencia mínima de 2 años como Subgerente, Gerente, Supervisor, Coordinador o Encargado de Unidad de Negocio.

§ Manejo de personal (equipos de al menos 4 personas)

§ Experiencia liderando equipos, tomando decisiones y resolviendo problemas.

§ Habilidades de análisis, organización y trabajo bajo presión

§ Disponibilidad para laborar presencial, tiempo completo y fines de semana
