Die Energiecoach GmbH betreut bundesweit ca. 500 Unternehmen im Bereich Energiemanagement.

Wir suchen eine/n MitarbeiterIn als Assistens für die Geschäftsführung bei ca. 25 - 30 Stunden Monatsarbeitszeit.

Der Bewerber soll in erster Linie unseren Geschäftführer im Handling im Alltagsgeschätft unterstützen, da dieser aufgrund einer Erkrankung bestimmte motorische und kognitve Fähigkeiten z. Zt. nicht komplett erbringen kann.

Der Arbeitsplatz befindet sich am Standort 14612 Falkensee

Anforderungen:

  • FS Klasse 3
  • (sehr) gute Anwenderkenntnisse Microsoft office
  • Flexibilität bei den Arbeitszeiten
  • Kenntnisse BWL und oder Energierwirtschaft wären von Vorteil
  • Gehaltsvorstellungen, Sondervereinbarungen, konkrete Arbeitsabwicklung
