Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unsere Häuser in Metten und Deggendorf je eine Gerontofachkraft (m/w/d).

  • Die Ausübung der Tätigkeit ist entweder in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ab 20 Stunden aufwärts (je nach Bewerberwunsch) möglich.
  • Ihre Wünsche bezüglich Lage und Verteilung der Arbeitszeit werden wenn möglich berücksichtigt.
  • Teilen Sie uns mit, wie Sie arbeiten können und wir versuchen dies umzusetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Gerontopsychiatrische Pflegeplanungen erstellen
  • Gerontopsychiatrische Konzepte der Einrichtung umsetzen
  • Auch Mithilfe in der Pflege, da Sie das fachliche Bindeglied zwischen Pflege und Betreuung darstellen

Anforderungen:

  • Sie sind exam. Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zur Gerontofachkraft (m/w/d)
  • gutes Einfühlungsvermögen
  • fachliches Know-How um eine gezielte Förderung zu erwirken
  • Motivation, Ehrgeiz und Freude an der Arbeit
