Unsere Mitarbeiter widmen sich täglich dem Wohlergehen unserer Bewohner, Gäste und Kunden.Für unser Seniorenheim in Waldmünchen  suchen wir zumnächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, in Voll- o. Teilzeit (ab 25 Std./W.) eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder gerontopsychiatrische Fachkraft(m/w/d)

Sie bringen mit

  • Abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung in der Pflege
  • Weiterbildung zur gerontopsychiatrischen Fachkraft
  • Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Lernbereitschaft und Engagement

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Versorgung von Heimbewohnern
  • Planung und Organisation von Pflegeprozessen
  • Durchführung von Dokumentationen
