Das Seniorenpflegeheim Casimir Privat Witzmannsberg ist ein kleines, familiengeführtes Seniorenpflegeheim mit nur 25 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern. Durch die überschaubare Größe können wir eine besonders persönliche, ruhige und individuelle Betreuung ermöglichen.

Unser Team arbeitet eng zusammen und legt großen Wert auf Wertschätzung, kurze Entscheidungswege und eine familiäre Atmosphäre.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine Gerontopsychiatrische Fachkraft (m/w/d) als geringfügige Beschäftigung oder bis maximal 20 Stunden pro Woche.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung der sozialen und gerontopsychiatrischen Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Durchführung von Beschäftigungsangeboten sowie psychosozialer Einzel- und Gruppenbetreuung
  • Sicherstellung einer bewohnerorientierten, individuellen Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Dokumentation und Bewertung der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsstandards
  • Ansprechpartner für Bewohner, Angehörige und Kollegen

Ihr Profil

  • Staatlich anerkannte Ausbildung als
  • Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann
  • Altenpfleger/in
  • Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger/in
  • Weiterbildung zur Gerontopsychiatrischen Fachkraft nach AVPfleWogG
  • Erfahrung in der Altenpflege
  • Freude am Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Empathische, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
