Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir in der Region Kempten einen Gerüstbau-Montageleiter (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Montage und Demontage von Gerüsten, Wetterschutzdächern und Aufzügen mit deiner Montagekolonne
  • Übergabe vom fertiggestellten Gerüst an qualifizierte Person des Auftraggebers
  • Dokumentation der betriebsnotwendigen Unterlagen (Gefährdungsanalyse, Bautagesbericht, beschädigtes Material, für Schadens- und Unfallmeldungen)
  • Aktive Kommunikation mit Kunden und Bauleitung

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Gerüstbau
  • Alternativ auch als Stahlbauer*in, Maurer*in, Maler*\*in oder Dachdecke*r\*in
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Führerschein
  • Eine vorausschauende Denkweise und die Fähigkeit Probleme zu lösen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Zuverlässigkeit einer Führungskraft
