Für ein mittelgrosses Hochbauunternehmen mit eigener Gerüstbauabteilung suchen wir eine Fachkraft für die Führung einer Gerüstbaugruppe. Es erwartet Sie eine verantwortungsvolle Position mit direkter Zusammenarbeit mit Bauführung und Polieren.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Führung einer Gerüstbaugruppe mit bis zu 6 Mitarbeitenden (inkl. Temporärmitarbeitenden)
  • Organisation und Koordination der täglichen Arbeiten auf der Baustelle
  • Absprache mit Bauführung, Polieren und weiteren Ansprechpartnern
  • Aktive Mitarbeit beim Auf- und Abbau der Gerüste

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gerüstbau, von Vorteil als Vorarbeiter/in
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B zwingend erforderlich
  • Deutschkenntnisse für die Verständigung auf der Baustelle
  • Selbstständige, organisierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit für die aktive Mitarbeit auf der Baustelle
